This class is designed for Corporation, Enterprises, Private groups which would like classes at the own premises. We just come to you and make your friends, family, colleagues dance, move, increase stamina and built a healthier relationship with your peers.

The class is from Low to mild Impact, beginners are welcome, over sixties and none rhythm sense. We are Native instructor specialised en group therapy through dancing and body move. We believe the body was made to move!
